Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Warm and Professional Reception: Greet visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the reception area.
- Appointment Scheduling and Record Keeping: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Phone and Email Inquiries Management: Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and directing queries to the appropriate department or personnel.
