Responsibilities:

  3. Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  4. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and coordination.
  5. Document Management: Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records in both physical and digital formats.
  6. Language Support: Provide language support as needed, including translation and interpretation services in Arabic and English.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
