About the Opportunity:

Join our esteemed government organization in Abu Dhabi and take on the role of Priority Projects Monitoring Section Head. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing priority projects of strategic importance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Priority Projects Monitoring Section to ensure effective oversight and management of key projects.
• Develop and implement project monitoring strategies and methodologies to track progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in project management roles, preferably in a governmental or strategic planning context.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Location and Working Hours:
