Experience: 5+ Years in Key Responsibilities:
– Developing and implementing creative entertainment programs and activities for guests of all ages.
– Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth execution of events and activities.
– Managing budgets, resources, and logistics for leisure and entertainment initiatives.
– Hiring and training a team of talented entertainers and ensuring their performance meets our high standards.
– Monitoring guest feedback and continuously improving our offerings to exceed expectations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in leisure and entertainment management.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
