Position Title: Senior Specialist, Talent Management Operations
Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationals)
Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
Experience: Experience in a relevant field is required
Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English
Salary: 35,000 AED to 40,000 AED
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Specialist in Talent Management Operations, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
2. Managing talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
3. Conducting talent assessments and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
4. Designing and delivering training programs and development plans to enhance employee capabilities and career progression.
5. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on talent management policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Analyzing talent metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent management processes.
