Housekeeping Supervisor in UAE.
Job Location: Dubai
Job Description
Daily Management of Cleaning Staff
Maintenance of time sheet/duty roster for cleaning staff
Supervision and Monitoring of all cleanings
Guest Interaction for cleaning
Inventory tracking and stocktaking for apartments
Reporting/maintenance of Consumable usage
Assisting in training and recruitment of Cleaning staff
Resolution of guest complaints to ensure customer and company satisfaction
Apartment maintenance (cleaning) according to standards
Profile
Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisor role or similar for minimum of 3 years
Relevant experience in hospitality sector like hotels, holiday homes
Relevant experience in middle east
High school diploma is a minimum requirement;
hospitality certification is a plus.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
