At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
Fluent English communication
Hands-on ability to:
Handle gland packing replacement
Dismantle and install pumps, motors, mixers
Replace V-belts and couplings
Service mechanical seals in pumps and compressors
Perform precise alignment using reverse dial gauge
