– Coordinating daily administration of doctors, staff, visitors, and patients at the clinic. |
– Answering patient inquiries. |
– Handling patient emergencies. |
– Knowledge of medical terminology. |
– Monitoring stock and supplies at the healthcare facility. |
– Greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive. |
– Directing visitors to the appropriate person. |
– Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. |
