One of our clients, a luxury Chocolate company are looking to hire a Shift Lead Chocolatier
 Job Location: Dubai
 Ideal candidates should have experience in:
 Chocolate Ganache formulation and knowledge of shelf life
 Making Chocolate Truffles, Bon bons, Chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more
 Organizing / Assigning and planning of Daily tasks
 Chocolate sculptures and amenities – seasonal (Eid, Valentines, Christmas etc..)
 Operating Machine – Panning, Fire Caramel making, Staphan Ganache making
 Production Planning
 Planning R&D
 Requirements: 5-7 years of experience and must have truffle handwork experience.
