Main responsibilities:
Preparing and serving gelato, coffee and related products to customers.
Handling customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
Maintaining hygiene and health standards for the kiosk at all times.
Assistance with inventory replenishment and inventory management.
Operating the cash register/point of sale system and handling transactions responsibly.
Follow company policies and health and safety standards.
2. Administrative Assistant
Job responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Handling telephone calls from customers and responding to inquiries professionally.
Preparing and managing quotes for customers via telephone/written communication and coordinating with the sales team.
Assistance with order processing through coordination with suppliers.
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and inventory availability.
Create and manage invoices, reports, and documents to support the sales process.
Organizing and maintaining office filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.

3. External Sales Manager
Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience in international sales
Possession of a Qatari driving license
Proficiency in English and knowledge of Arabic are considered an advantage.

4. Electronics Technician
Main responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment, including coffee and ice cream equipment.
Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions to carry out repairs and installations effectively.
Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain repairs or installations.
Make sure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety rules and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and inventory of parts used.
Driving to various work sites, ensuring the safe operation of company vehicles and compliance with traffic rules.
