Mechanical Engineer vacancy in Abu Dhabi with salary 3500 – 4500 AED

– Prepare floor plans, MEP drawings, modify layout as per additional requirements & monitor material/work conformances as per civil defense and municipality regulations. <br> – Monitor site progress and lead contractors, Engineering team to ensure proper implementation on site. <br> – Attend meetings for coordination with consultants and contractors.

– Estimate annual budget for MEP works.

– Manage FM operations, maintenance, and administration including tendering evaluation, negotiation, finalization, renewal, preventive maintenance & reactive maintenance, and payment processing as per SLA of the following: Fire & life safety system, moving equipment (Lifts/ cradles/ Escalator), MEPC, Garbage chute system, CCTV system, and DCD 24×7 monitoring system.

– Liaise with major Gov. authorities such as ADDC, Abu Dhabi Municipality for various project requirements. <br> – Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.

– Collect and enter data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive.

– Coordinate maintenance personnel, propose technical improvements.

– Estimate costs and submit bids for engineering, construction, or extraction projects, and prepare contract documents.

– Ensure AMC’s services and reactive maintenance are carried out as per planned program. <br> – Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.

– Plan, coordinate, and supervise in-house staff, consultants, and specialist service contractors on building services. – Direct and integrate all aspects of the project.

– Identify and coordinate resources needed.

– Manage project budget including risk management and method statement.

– Handle project process and construction documentation.

– Effectively handle all clients’ requests during Defect Liability Period (DLP).

– Monitor DLP.
