Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Executive

A manufacturing company in Dubai is looking for a Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to manage purchasing activities and support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase requisitions, RFQs and purchase orders.
• Source aluminium profiles, hardware and related materials.
• Negotiate supplier prices and delivery terms.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate freight, customs clearance and shipments.
• Resolve delivery delays and supplier issues.
• Prepare procurement and cost-analysis reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing, aluminium, façade or fabrication experience preferred.
• CIPS certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC suppliers, Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• English communication skills required.
• Arabic language skills and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
