Business Development Manager – UAE & GCC

CoverPro is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand its commercial presence across the UAE and wider GCC travel market.

The successful candidate will develop relationships with travel agencies, online travel agencies, airlines and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business relationships with travel agencies, OTAs and airlines.
• Identify new commercial opportunities.
• Build a network within the UAE travel industry.
• Present the company’s travel-related solutions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage strategic partner relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business expansion.

Requirements:

• Experience in the travel industry is required.
• Experience with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines or distribution partners.
• Established network within the UAE travel trade.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is indicated.
