Worley Consulting Saudi Arabia is hiring a Senior Design Architecture Consultant, Buildings for its growing Master Planning & Facilities team. The position focuses on architectural leadership, project delivery, client management, design development, and business development in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will lead architectural projects from early concept and feasibility studies through detailed design and IFC, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Senior Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Several years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience in feasibility studies and early optioneering.
• Experience leading architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Knowledge of KSA technical codes and regulations.
• Experience across architectural project stages, from Pre-Concept and Pre-FEED to Concept, detailed design, and IFC.
• Strong client relationship and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating design teams and mentoring team members.
• Experience in concept design, creative brainstorming, or architecture competitions.
• Business development and client relationship management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Design Architecture Consultant will provide architectural leadership, support business growth, respond to RFPs and proposals, manage client relationships, and develop creative, practical design solutions.

The role also includes overseeing architectural projects, coordinating design teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the delivery of sustainable and high-quality building and master planning projects.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong architectural and technical skills, including quick sketching, 3D modeling, graphic communication, and architectural software.

Experience using Revit, CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-driven tools for improving architectural design and efficiency is desirable.
