Packer – Ice Cream Factory

Singapore Ice Cream Factory is hiring Packers to join its production team. The role involves packing ice cream and frozen dessert products, checking labels and product quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily production operations. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided.

Job Responsibilities

1. Pack finished ice cream products into containers and boxes.
2. Check product labels, batch codes, and expiry dates.
3. Inspect products and report defects to supervisors.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
5. Support daily production targets and work with the team.
6. Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
7. Assist with product storage and movement when required.

Requirements

1. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
2. Basic English communication skills.
3. Physically fit and comfortable working in cool rooms.
4. No previous experience required; training is provided.
5. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Schedule: 4 days work / 2 days rest, rotating
• Overtime: Available with additional pay

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: SGD 2,300–3,650/month
• Room allowance: SGD 150/month
• Attendance bonus: SGD 100/month
