Grandiose Supermarket LLC is hiring a professional Florist in Dubai or Al Ain to join the Grand Rose floral retail team. The position requires previous florist experience, strong knowledge of flowers and plants, and the ability to create floral arrangements that meet customer needs and company standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Understand customers’ floral needs and preferences.
2. Recommend suitable colors, flower arrangements, and designs.
3. Create floral arrangements according to company standards and customer requirements.
4. Prepare and deliver flower orders on time or arrange alternatives when necessary.
5. Clean, cut, and water flowers and foliage to maintain their quality.
6. Monitor flower, plant, and accessory inventory and order supplies when required.
7. Keep the work area and flower display station clean and organized.
8. Maintain floral arrangement tools such as wires, pins, foam, and greeting cards.
9. Properly pack bouquets and customer orders.
10. Regularly update window displays and in-store collections.
11. Advise customers on proper flower care and maintenance.
12. Supervise floral decorations for events, venues, and vehicles when required.
13. Sort, organize, clean, and restock supplies.
14. Prepare invoices and vouchers for customer orders.
15. Maintain daily sales records and monitor customer orders.
16. Monitor flower vase inventory and record damage or loss.
17. Assist with loading and unloading flowers and decoration materials.
18. Perform other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

1. Proven previous experience as a florist.
2. Strong knowledge of different flowers, plants, and greenery.
3. Proficiency in various floral arrangement techniques.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
5. Physical ability to stand, lift, and move floral arrangements.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Artistic ability, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
8. Basic computer skills.
9. Good communication and teamwork skills.
10. Flexibility, punctuality, and commitment to cleanliness.

Salary and Benefits

1. Monthly salary of AED 3,500 to AED 4,500.
2. Full-time employment.
3. In-person work with the Grand Rose team.
4. Work location may be Dubai or Al Ain based on company requirements.
