Team Member – Dubai

1. Carry out assigned flight preparation and packing activities accurately and within defined timelines in accordance with Galley Loading Plans (GLP), approved SOPs, and operational requirements.

2. Preparation and packing of airline equipment and food items in strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and airline specific guidelines.

3. Adhere to all company safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

4. Support on-time performance by completing assigned tasks effectively and coordinating with team leaders and other stakeholders, as required.

5. Promptly inform the team leaders of any operational delays, equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards observed during operations.

6. Follow the departmental work procedures and comply with the Company’s Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2000 international standards and internal quality policies.

7. Maintain compliance with all mandatory training, certifications, PPE requirements and fitness-for-duty standards.

8. Perform packing and preparation activities involving manual handling, prolonged standing, and work in chilled or temperature-controlled environment, in line with operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food, hospitality or logistics industry, experience in airline catering is preferred.

Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, multinational team.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Awareness of food safety, hygiene practices, and workplace safety standard
