Cafe Manager

Looking for a Café Manager job in Kuwait? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, lead and support staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage coffee preparation and barista activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in café management, stock control, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily café operations efficiently
Supervise and support café staff
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Oversee coffee preparation and barista operations
Handle staff scheduling and attendance
Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role
Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
Good knowledge of café operations and customer service
English communication skills required
