As an Accident Department Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day support within the accident and claims department, ensuring smooth processing of insurance cases and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Main Duties Include:
Managing accident and claim documentation efficiently
Communicating with clients, assessors, and internal teams
Ensuring claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Handling administrative tasks and department coordination
Providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process

Educational Qualifications

Experience
