2. Responsibilities:
Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and banking products
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (KPIs)
Generate leads through networking and referrals
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain excellent customer relationships
Ensure compliance with banking regulations
Complete all required documentation accurately
3. Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance or related field (preferred)
1-3 years sales experience (banking/financial services a plus)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
