A leading facilitation center in Dubai is currently seeking Emirati candidates with Khulasat Al Qaid for the position of Customer Happiness Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in navigating through the center’s services and offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Emirati nationality with Khulasat Al Qaid.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary Structure:
- AED 6,000 for the first two months.
- AED 8,000 per month thereafter.
