We produce Aromatic and Aliphatic Polyester Polyols; Isocyanate Pre-polymers; and Formulated Polyurethane Systems. BCI has integrated polyesters; bulk delivery possibilities; and a complete range of Polyurethane Systems covering applications in Insulation; Footwear; Automotive; Seating; and Adhesives. |

| Assist in the recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates | Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus |
| Request documents from candidates and file them when a position is filled | Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, or administrative positions |
| In charge of new hires’ data: email address, business cards, desk, laptop, handbook, etc., and follow up with managers on the JD, induction program, probations, etc. | Experience with HR software and databases |
| Manage induction plans to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into the organization | Understanding of labor laws and organizational policies |
| Creating employees’ files (standard list of documents) | Strong command of the English & Arabic language |
| Manage employee database and keep updated with new hires and resignations | Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) |
| Be the go-to person in the company knowledgeable about labor law and the internal employee handbook | Strong organizational and time-management abilities and written communication skills |
| In charge of the policies, procedures, and forms and ensuring people follow them, inform management when they are abused, and collect and file the forms and ensure they have the right signatures.
