Job Description:
Tadbeer is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have relevant experience in human resources management, possess strong leadership skills, and be proficient in Arabic and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
