Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing support with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Emirati nationality with a valid Emirates ID.
