Job Description:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in Management Information Systems, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving results.
- Knowledge of SAP and Tally is preferred.
