Position Available: Guest Services Officer

Job Requirements:

• Nationality: Emirati (UAE nationals only)
• Gender: Both males and females are welcome to apply
• Educational Qualification: High school diploma or higher
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is an advantage
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Salary: A competitive salary ranging from AED 4000 to AED 6000
• Location: Dubai
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Assisting with inquiries and providing information about hospital services
• Coordinating appointments and assisting with scheduling
• Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for patients
• Handling telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
