Job Title: Real Estate Broker

Scope of the Job
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent Broker to join our dynamic team.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Dubai, for a Real Estate Broker at Itec realestate. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients seeking to buy, sell or rent properties. The job requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a large volume of work. Some work from home is acceptable.
Requirements & Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience as a real estate broker, agent, or in a related field
– Male & Female (Female is preferred)
– Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
– Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets, laws, and regulations
– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Salary ( Commission Basis )
– Attractive Commission Structure ( details upon interview)
– Agent Broker license is a must (RERA)
– Working day/s: 5 days working per week
– Fluent in English and other relevant languages (Arabic speaker is an advantage, Hindi, Urdu )
– High School Diploma or Bachelor/ University
– Preferably with a UAE Driving License with a car
