Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at UHRS, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient assistance to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and other related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
