Job Overview	Manage accounting functions for a growing Taxi and Limo Company. Handle all accounting activities, including document processing, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax filings, and payroll processing. Reports to CEO and CFO.
Key Responsibilities	– Process and record financial documents (invoices, receipts, contracts). – Maintain and update the general ledger and accounting records. – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets. – Prepare profit and loss statements. – Calculate and file tax returns (VAT, income tax). – Oversee weekly cash collection and driver reconciliation. – Reconcile supplier accounts and manage relations. – Process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE WPS. – Generate monthly financial reports for CEO and CFO. – Assist with internal and external audits. – Collaborate with the Finance Team on cash flow management and decision-making. – Manage accounting functions independently, with future potential for assistant.
Skills and Qualifications	– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). – Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting (2 years in a managerial role). – Experience in transportation or hospitality industry preferred. – Knowledge of UAE Tax laws, Labor Laws, WPS, IFRS, and local accounting standards. – Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). – Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). – High attention to detail and accuracy. – Strong organizational skills.
