Job Description | Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Supports managers and employees, handles daily office needs, and manages general administrative activities. |
Responsibilities | – Answer and direct phone calls – Organize and schedule appointments – Plan meetings and take detailed minutes – Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms – Prepare regularly scheduled reports – Develop and maintain filing systems – Update and maintain office policies – Order office supplies and research suppliers – Maintain contact lists – Book travel arrangements – Reconcile expense reports – Provide general support to visitors – Act as point of contact for internal and external clients – Liaise with executive assistants to handle senior manager requests. |
Requirements and Skills | – Proven experience as Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant – Knowledge of office management systems – Proficiency in office equipment (printers, fax machines) – Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – Excellent time management and prioritization skills – Attention to detail and problem-solving – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Organizational skills with the ability to multitask. |
