Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Female Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is an entry-level role suited for candidates who are eager to start their career in administration within the trading sector.

The role involves providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth daily operations of the company. Training will be provided for all necessary skills and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities – Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
– Maintain and organize office supplies and stationery.
– Manage phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
– Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for management.
– Support various departments with clerical and logistical tasks as needed.
