Description We are looking for a responsible Admin to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities – Prepare quotations, contracts, LPO’s, invoices, delivery notes, and payment vouchers.
– Coordinate with clients and suppliers.
– Answer and direct phone calls.
– Monitor incoming emails and reply on time.
– Write and distribute emails, correspondences, memos, faxes, and forms.
– Maintain a filing system that is updated and accessible.
– Keep clean contact lists.
– Report and assist the manager and staff as needed.
Requirements – At least 3 years of related experience.
– Bachelor’s/College Degree.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
– Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
