We produce Aromatic and Aliphatic Polyester Polyols; Isocyanate Pre-polymers; and Formulated Polyurethane Systems. BCI has integrated polyesters; bulk delivery possibilities; and a complete range of Polyurethane Systems covering applications in Insulation; Footwear; Automotive; Seating; and Adhesives. |
Responsibilities | |
---|---|
– Get quotations for local purchasing | |
– Prepare & follow up LPOs until material/service is delivered | |
– Coordinate office events and employee activities | |
– Handle internal communications (new employees, holidays, events, etc.) | |
– Coordinate the preparation of Internal Memos, Letters & Gate Passes | |
– Manage Hotel bookings, Airline Tickets, Car Rental bookings, airport pickup/drop off, visa arrangements and follow-up | |
– Monitor Immigration Files for employees, visas, passports, and legal documents expiry dates | |
– Monitor and update the general database which contains suppliers, service providers, and other required contacts for the company | |
– Be the backup person for Admin & HR Officer / Receptionist |
Requirements | |
---|---|
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field | |
– Experience: 2 Years as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant | |
– Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply | |
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures | |
– Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines | |
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) | |
– Strong command of the English language | |
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work | |
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills | |
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills | |
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task |
