Role Overview:
As an Accountant at WEFDubai, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting principles.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
