Job Descriptions:
- Administrative Assistant: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Pharmacy Supervisor: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Quality Coordinator: Coordinate quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and process improvements.
- Pavilion Coordinator: Manage the setup and logistics of pavilion events and exhibitions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for participants.
- Receptionist: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support to the office.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
