Position Description Experience Required Plumber Responsible for plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance Minimum of two years Carpenter Skilled in carpentry work including repairs and installations At least two years Kitchen Technician Specialized in kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs Previous experience in similar role HVAC Technician Proficient in HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting Minimum of two years
