Property Management Officer
Job description
handle all rental inquiries (Phone call, in-person)
Providing guidance and assisting tenant in renting Property for the right price under the best terms
Show properties to potential renters. Prepare necessary documents (tenancy contract, payments (cheques), (SEWA/DEWA)
Work during evenings and weekends may be required and Schedules will reflect, among other factors, market conditions and prospective client’s timings.
Ensure buildings, amenities and advertisements are in Presentable condition and communicate to management team when repairs are needed.
Handles complaints of tenants and coordinates with the team.
Following up payments of tenants for cheque returns,
Direct communicating to the Landlords for the building Updated
Do Site Inspection & Site Photograph
Other work assigned by the management
requirements
own visa/family visa/wife visa
at lease 1 year experience in the same field
Must have driving license
