General Cleaner

Main duties include:

– Cleaning rehabilitation areas, activity rooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, and common areas.

– Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

– Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, including tables, chairs, handrails, and door handles.

– Cleaning and sanitising washrooms and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap, and other supplies.

– Emptying rubbish bins and disposing of general waste at designated collection points.

– Maintaining the cleanliness of pantry areas and shared facilities.

– Following workplace hygiene, infection prevention, and safety procedures.

– Performing other general cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor.

General Cleaner Job Requirements

Candidates interested in this position should meet the following requirements:

– No previous cleaning experience is required; training will be provided.

– Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and attentive to cleanliness.

– Able to perform routine cleaning duties independently.

– Able to work respectfully in an elderly care environment.

– Good teamwork skills and willingness to follow instructions.
