Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive – Marine Services to drive sales and business growth within the maritime services sector.

The role focuses on developing new business and generating sales across marine technical and safety services, including Automation & Calibration, LSA, FFA, Fire & Gas Detection Systems, Marine Safety Equipment, Firefighting & Rescue Equipment, Life Rafts, Lifeboats, and Life-Saving & Survival Equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the marine, offshore, or related industrial sector.
  • Sound understanding of marine industry products and services.
  • Sales exposure to Automation & Calibration, LSA, FFA, Fire & Gas Detection Systems, Marine Safety Equipment, Lifeboats, Life Rafts, or related marine safety services would be highly relevant.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and develop prospective customers.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with international customers.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • UAE driving licence would be an advantage.
