What Does a Driving Instructor Do at Almarai?

The Driving Instructor will be responsible for helping employees develop safe driving and equipment-handling skills. The position focuses heavily on accident prevention, employee assessment, training and ongoing development.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Conduct driving tests for new employees as part of the recruitment and selection process.
2. Manage the induction process for new drivers and MHE operators.
3. Ensure new employees successfully complete required training before receiving authorization to operate poultry vehicles.
4. Deliver MHE training programs directly to employees.
