We are looking for a Driving Instructor To ensure accident free defensive driving by all users of company vehicles/MHE by successful staff selection, induction, assessment, training and development on an on-going basis.
Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1-2 years of experience as Driving & MHE Instructor.
- Certified Driving & MHE Instructor.
- to conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process
- control induction of all new drivers – MHE operators ensuring effective completion prior to authorization of driving poultry vehicles
- To personally provide MHE Training Programs
- Excellent communications skills verbal and write in English
- Action Oriented, Plans and Aligns, Communicates Effectively
- Self-Awareness, Technical knowledge, Operational knowledge
- Quality Standards Knowledge; Health & Safety Knowledge.
