Senior Team Manager

Senior Team Manager To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products to meet internal customer requirements within the management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications, within the Quality and Safety Standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Bachelor’s in engineering, food sciences, or Poultry Disciplines.
3 – 4 years of experience in an ISO/HACCP-accredited rendering plant, supplying EU-categorized product.
Knowledge of Meat Processing Plant & Packaging (Meat Rendering)
Operational knowledge and skills on food safety systems and audits.
Fluency in Spoken & Written English.
Competencies such as; Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards • Propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce cost and improve service level • Co-operative with superior’s peers and subordinates. • Able to manage a multinational and multifunctional workforce • Able to develop a team environment and boost the output level of employees. • Able to work in co-ordination with multicultural workforce • Able to train people for required jobs and develop a multicultural workforce.
