Location: Dubai – Mall Complexes
Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8-hour rotational shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification
High School Certificate (Minimum)
Experience
Previous experience in a similar sales position
Strong understanding of customer service and retail operations
Languages
Arabic (required)
English (required)
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment on the shop floor
Provide accurate product information and exceptional customer service
Support daily sales operations within the mall environment
Handle enquiries, payments, and customer feedback effectively
