Job Title: Barista (Male & Female)
Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and smoothies, following specific recipes and presentation standards.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and process payments efficiently through the POS system.

Operational Duties: Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment. Ensure the quality and consistency of each drink served.

Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the work area, equipment, and customer seating areas as per health and safety guidelines.

Stock Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, cups, and other necessary items. Assist with inventory control and ordering when needed.

Teamwork & Training: Work collaboratively with team members, attend regular training sessions, and provide feedback to management regarding customer needs or equipment issues.
