Admin Executive Role | Provide high-level clerical support, manage day-to-day admin tasks, arrange travel/accommodations, ensure company documentation and bills are up to date/paid on time |
Monitor and maintain general housekeeping of company offices, manage admin staff | |
Coordinate car arrangements, food for guests, staff for site visits, client visits, company celebrations, welfare activities | |
Oversee pantry purchases, coordinate with departments for office arrangements, maintain documentation and timely payments for vendors | |
Manage petty cash records, prepare business card requisitions, follow up with suppliers for statement of accounts | |
Collect and reallocate company assets during employee leaves or new hires, ensure maintenance of office equipment, monitor attendance and report irregularities to HR | |
Report incidents immediately and take necessary precautions |
Qualifications | Description |

Experience | Proven experience as an Administrative Executive in Dubai |
