Responsibilities:
Oversee employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff members.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee affairs and knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
