A reputable private company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in employee affairs and knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee affairs and knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
