Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in a home care setting. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assessing patient health and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient vital signs and condition
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid DOH eligibility or active RN license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
