Location: Dubai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in planning, developing, implementing, and managing employee development and training programs. The Manager will also serve as a key liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership, facilitating initiatives and driving organizational development efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and initiatives to meet the organization’s development needs.
• Serve as a consultant to leadership on organizational development matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify development needs and opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Facilitate change management efforts and initiatives to drive organizational transformation and growth.
