| Job Description | – Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations – Check data accuracy in cost estimation – Communicate important feedback from customers internally – Liaise with the business development team and update proposals based on client requirements – Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries – Follow up on quotes and proposals to customers – Prepare bill of quantities – Conduct research to identify potential sales leads and pitches – Prepare and file sales contracts and agreements – Maintain and update sales and customer records – Develop monthly sales reports – Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations – Liaise with design, documentation, and project departments to ensure timely deliveries – Liaise with other departments on administrative matters – Stay up-to-date with new products and features |
