| Purpose of Role | Execute the construction project in accordance with contract requirements, maintaining time, budget, quality, and HSE systems to maximize customer satisfaction. |
| Responsibilities / Tasks | 1. Direct supervision of project resources (labor, materials, plant) to ensure performance aligns with schedule and budget. |
| 2. Prepare and submit method statements, ITPs, risk assessments, and QA/QC plans. | |
| 3. Ensure availability of latest approved drawings, materials, and necessary documents for smooth execution. | |
| 4. Attend progress, technical, and coordination meetings with the Client, Contractor, and Engineer. | |
| 5. Daily liaison with subcontractors and suppliers. | |
| 6. Review daily reports for weekly productivity reports and implement corrective actions as needed. | |
| 7. Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and method statements. | |
| 8. Address non-conformances with corrective actions, coordinating with QA/QC and HSE Departments. | |
| 9. Prepare material and equipment requisitions as per budget, technical specs, quality, and cost. | |
| 10. Conduct periodical inspections with contractors and engineers as per agreed test plans. | |
| 11. Report project changes that could impact cost or time, assisting with claim management strategy. | |
| 12. Deal with Municipality/Local Authority inspections on-site (JAFZA authorities included). | |
| 13. Ensure compliance with company and Municipality safety policies. | |
| 14. Coordinate with Senior Project Engineer on daily procedures in major projects. | |
| Experience | Swimming pool & Aquascape as project: 4 years (Preferred) |
